Dr. Charlotte Grinberg

Meet Dr. Grinberg

Dr. Grinberg, a board-certified internal medicine physician who trained at Harvard, founded Evergreen MD to provide a high-touch medical practice that prioritizes relationships, listening, and personalized care.

She’s not just focused on numbers or tests; she’s dedicated to treating the whole person.

Dr. Grinberg’s practice combines the best of conventional medicine with the deeper insights of functional and lifestyle medicine, giving you the tools to live your healthiest, fullest life, on your terms.

My Philosophy

I take a comprehensive, personalized, and proactive approach to helping you feel your best — not just today, but for years to come.

My focus is on extending your healthspan — the number of years you live with energy and wellness.

Every patient is unique, and I take the time to understand the full picture: your biology, your lifestyle (sleep, exercise, nutrition), and your environment. I offer the most advanced testing (including genetic testing, cancer blood screening, and evaluating the microbiome, hormones, toxins, nutrients, allergies) and therapies available to tailor care to your individual needs. My practice philosophy is inspired by Dr. Peter Attia and Dr. Vonda Wright.

Through a concierge membership model, I offer the time, access, and trusted relationship needed to help you take charge of your health and live your fullest life.

My Background

Charlotte Grinberg, MD, is a Harvard-trained internal medicine and primary care physician with additional fellowship training in end-of-life care. After caring for the sickest patients in the healthcare system, she came to a powerful realization: many illnesses are preventable. Her mission now is to help people stay well — before they become too sick to enjoy life fully. This work requires not just medical knowledge, but also motivation, partnership, and personalized support.

Her approach centers on warm, collaborative conversations where patients feel supported to explore their health history, habits, and goals. She creates a space where meaningful change feels possible — and sustainable. She is deeply committed to making the healthcare experience as seamless, personal, and accessible as it should be.

Dr. Grinberg lives in Washington, DC, with her husband and five young children. Alongside her clinical work, she prioritizes her marriage, family, community, and her own physical and mental wellness.
