My Philosophy
At Evergreen MD, we believe in treating you as a whole person. Your health is not just about what’s happening today, but also about what’s possible tomorrow. Our goal is to help you live well now and continue to live a full, meaningful life for decades to come.
We are here to walk alongside you, supporting you as your health needs change over time and charting the path forward, together.
To foster this relationship, my practice is structured to allow ample time for visits and regular check-ins as we navigate your health priorities together.
My Background
I’m a board-certified internal medicine physician with 20+ years of experience in hospital leadership, preventive care, and innovative primary care.
I founded my practice to deliver personalized and proactive medicine combining lifestyle strategies, advanced diagnostics, and digital tools to help patients live better, longer.
I trained at Tufts and Boston University and have held leadership roles at BILH–Winchester Hospital. I also served as a physician at Forward Health, a tech-driven primary care platform focused on continuous, preventive care.
My focus areas include preventative primary care and cardiology, chronic disease management, holistic and functional health, GLP-1-guided weight loss, and longevity.
I believe in delivering modern care. Deeply personal. Designed around you.
