Billing & Logistics
Evergreen MD is a concierge, direct-care practice, which means we don't accept or bill insurance for our services. This approach allows us to spend more quality time with each patient and provide personalized care without insurance constraints. We charge a quarterly membership fee, which you can submit to your insurance for out-of-network reimbursement or FSA coverage.
Our care is set up to be accessible for you, when and where you need it. We provide both in-person and virtual care - - through video visits, phone calls, and text messages. We curate your experience based on your location and needs.
